One Book, One Denver

Saturday, October 4 10:00 AM to Noon, on the University of Colorado Denver Campus, King Center Classroom 306, 855 Lawrence Way.

Have you ever thought about starting a novel, but just didn't know where to begin? Lighthouse Writers Workshop is teaming up with One Book, One Denver, to offer a working session dedicated to those of you interested in penning a novel. Bring pens or pencils and plenty of paper--this workshop includes writing activities and advice from Lighthouse instructor William Haywood Henderson to help get you started.

Join Lighthouse poets Michael J. Henry and J. Diego Frey--to celebrate the release of their books, No Stranger Than My Own, and Umbrellas or Else (both from Ghost Road Press).


Be prepared to douse them with champage, which means you should bring your Michael Phelps replica swimming goggles. Rubbery cap suggested, but not required.
