After finishing her BS in Business and Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park, Simin worked in different industries as an accountant. She has worked for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in Washington, DC area for many years. She found her way to Colorado in 2010. When she is not doing accounting, she likes to spend time with her family and do outdoor activities like walking, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys taking care of her indoor and outdoor plants.
