Rethinking Rejection

Rejection is something writers often contend with. There are the rejections we receive from the publishing world and there are also the stories we tell ourselves about failure, sometimes before we even begin writing. In this craft seminar we’ll consider the collective wisdom about rejection as it relates to literary pursuits, while also examining strategies to engage with it in ways that don’t exhaust us or shut down our creative processes. All genres welcome.
