Wellness Series

The Writing for Wellness series focuses on the relationship between the creative act of writing and well-being. While we may look at craft during these programs, our focus will be on writing that supports ourselves as human beings.

The literary arts are a wonderful tool for coping and building emotional resilience. Our CORAL program is a wonderful example of how arts engagement reduces levels of stress, depression, and burnout.
