Want to feel more grounded in your creative process and voice? In this four-week session, we'll explore a series of exercises and techniques to help identify creative blockers and work through them. By the end of the session, we'll walk away with an outline for a creative practice to build our mental and physical flow. We'll also have the opportunity to develop and share our work in the space and track which techniques support our processes the best.
This course is part of our Writing for Wellness program, which focuses on the relationship between the creative act of writing and wellbeing. While we may look at craft during these programs, our focus will be on writing that supports ourselves as human beings.
