You've been working on a story for... a while. And it's done. Or mostly done. Probably done. But maybe it needs one more look. In this course, everyone will submit one story or essay (or a few very short pieces), up to 4000 words, for a final round of “critique.” Unlike the traditional critique you’d get in an eight-week workshop, this feedback will be focused primarily on line edits, with the understanding that we're looking at something that's already been workshopped and revised, likely a few times. Our goal here is to leave the course feeling ready to send this off into the world, and anxiously await for it to find a home.
