4-Week: Writing for Wellness Series—Writing for Reclamation

$255.00 Members
$280.00 Non-members

This writing workshop explores the power of personal narrative and journaling as tools for reclaiming our own stories of loss, trauma, resilience, and strength. Together, we'll examine how telling, re-telling, and consciously reclaiming our stories can shift our relationship to adversity, leading to a more empowered narrative about our past. Through thoughtfully structured prompts, short readings, and guided reflection, participants will be supported in developing their own language for resilience and survival.

Sharing is encouraged but never required. This workshop is not about polished writing; it’s about writing that tells the truth, restores voice, and inspires movement. Participants will leave with a practical toolkit of writing exercises and prompts to return to in moments of difficulty, reflection, or change.

This course is part of our Writing for Wellness program, which focuses on the relationship between the creative act of writing and wellbeing. While we may look at craft during these programs, our focus will be on writing that supports ourselves as human beings.
