Kacey (she/her) joined Lighthouse Writers Workshop as Development Manager in March 2026. She is a community-driven leader with a strong background in nonprofit development, specializing in strategic partnerships, donor engagement, and sustainable growth for mission-focused organizations. Grounded in data-driven strategy, she uses analytics and insights to guide decisions and strengthen outcomes. She is passionate about connecting people to purpose and fostering programs that create meaningful change. Outside of work, Kacey enjoys nature, crochet, spending time with her cats, and tabletop games.
