Tyler Hurula (she/they) is the pinkest poet and explorer based in Denver, Colorado. She is community focused and does their best to build and grow a creative community. They host monthly poetry open mics, facilitate writing workshops, and foster a safe space for all folks to share and create. Author of chapbook Love Me Louder (Querencia Press), and full-length poetry book Too Pretty for Plain Coffee (Wayfarer Books). Their poems can be found in Anti-Heroin Chic, Fiery Scribe Review, South Broadway Press, Gnashing Teeth Publishing, and more. They were a finalist for the 2023 Joy Bale Boone Poetry Prize through The Heartland Review, as well as a finalist for The Bellingham Review 2024 Poetry Contest. She has been nominated multiple times for Best of the Net and Pushcart Prizes, and was a finalist for the Write Bloody 2024 Jack McCarthy Book Prize Contest. She is currently an editor at South Broadway Press.
