Revision can feel overwhelming. It can be hard to know where to start, what to do next, how to accomplish what you decide you should do next, and when to call a book finished. This class breaks down the revision process into six manageable steps. We'll discuss the intricacies of each step and concrete ways to implement them. Participants will leave with a checklist of things accomplished and things left to do to complete their book. Open to fiction and memoir writers.
Writers in this course can expect a mix of lecture, discussion, some in-class writing, and some optional homework.
