8-Week: Intermediate/Advanced Screenwriting Workshop

Ready to take your script to the next level? This course offers the structure, craft lessons, and feedback to move your feature-length screenplay forward. Each two-hour class focuses on a key element of craft, from opening scenes to getting through the soggy middle. Workshopping is split into two forms: whole-class critiques and mid-class breakout rooms, intended to give everyone a chance to share pages and get feedback. We’ll also cover pitching and next steps for emerging screenwriters. This is a workshop-heavy course, preferably for those who have taken Intro to Screenwriting before and are looking to continue writing their script or have a screenplay they want to take to the next level.
