Let’s be real, we all could use a sprinkle of whimsy in our lives in this day and age. Join this special Queer Creatives Fest event where we’ll connect with fellow Queer Creatives members as we rotate through three craft stations: divination-guided collage with Nyasha Williams, zine making with Maru Wood, and air-dry clay trinket dish creation. If you want more time at a specific station, stick around and keep creating! There are no rules when it comes to whimsy.
We’ll also have free drinks and snacks, board games, and generative writing prompts available throughout the evening. This event is all about expressing yourself through crafts and storytelling while you connect with fellow Queer Creatives Fest attendees. All supplies will be provided and attendees are invited to leave their divination collages and zines at Lighthouse overnight to be displayed during our last day of the Fest.
Stick around after this event for our sliding scale Queermunity Dinner hosted by Alice Glamoure with dietary friendly food from Tocabe.
This event is part of the 2026 Queer Creatives Fest. Queer Creatives Fest is open to writers of all genres and creatives of all types who identify as members of LGBTQIA+ communities. We also welcome folks who are questioning their gender or sexual orientation and those who are in solidarity with LGBTQIA+ communities. Our intention is to center LGBTQIA+ people at the Fest.
