Thrills and Chills Main Character Energy (Monsters): Online Horror Workshop for ages 11-13

In this online writing class, we’re going to make up our own monsters and give them starring roles in our short fiction. We’ll use inspirations from the world around us to create our creatures. They can be terrifying and toothy, or rapturous and ravenous, or fluffy and fatal—anything you want them to be. Then we’ll talk about how to make the most of our monsters and write! Writers can expect to leave with a rough draft of a “monstrous” short story.
