Queer Creatives at West Side Books
Queer Creatives is a community writing program that aims to connect LGBTQIA+ writers and makers through collective story making and story sharing. LGBTQIA+ is an abbreviation for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, asexual, and more. We also welcome folks who are questioning their gender or sexual orientation and those who are in solidarity with LGBTQIA+ communities.
What could be better than spending an evening in a cozy local bookstore? Spending that evening exploring said bookstore with fellow Queer Creatives through activities like Bookstore Bingo and a Bookish Scavenger Hunt! Join Queer Creatives for our September meetup at West Side Books in Denver for a creative evening of community, story swapping, and book-themed activities. Winners will receive prizes from Lighthouse. Bring your friends, make new friends, and dive into the shelves at West Side with us!
