Payment Plan Policy

Lighthouse Writers Workshop is happy to arrange payment plans for workshops or other offerings. You can request a payment plan by emailing or calling our main line at 303-297-1185. We are unable to set up payment plans less than five business days before the first day of class. 

Payment plans are set up through, an automated payment software. Once you have contacted someone on staff to set up a payment plan, they’ll work with you to create a schedule. You’ll then receive an email from, asking you to login or sign up to accept your payment plan. You must accept your payment plan before the first payment date or the plan will automatically cancel itself. 

It is the writer’s responsibility to notify someone on staff that they have accepted their payment plan. The registration process is not complete until the writer has notified someone on staff that they have accepted their plan, and they have officially been added to the class roster. 

Your first payment is due no later than the first day of class. The full balance must be paid no later than the last day of class. All payments must be broken down into equal amounts and must have a consistent amount of time between each payment.

Lighthouse reserves the right to charge late fees and interest on any overdue balance. Customers who default on payment plans more than once may not be eligible to receive future payment plans.
